Electives and Observerships

Secure your future in the U.S. medical system with high-yield clinical placements. As your facilitating agent, we specialize in connecting international talent with vetted U.S. physicians, ensuring you gain the exact clinical exposure and documentation necessary for a successful Residency Match.

Our Clinical Pathways:

  • Clinical Electives (For Current Students): Designed specifically for final-year medical students. These rotations offer direct patient interaction, allowing you to take histories, perform examinations, and actively participate in care planning within a U.S. healthcare setting.

  • Hands-On Medical Observerships (For Graduates/IMGs): A high-impact opportunity for medical graduates. Navigate U.S. hospital workflows, engage in complex clinical discussions, and build the vital professional networks required to stand out to residency program directors.

The MD Experiences Advantage:

  • Personalized, Merit-Based LoRs: We know a generic letter won't help you match. Our preceptors understand NRMP requirements and are equipped to write highly personalized, performance-based Letters of Recommendation on official letterhead for students who demonstrate clinical excellence.

  • Strictly Capped Ratios: To ensure you are actually learning—not just standing in a corner—we strictly limit the number of students assigned to each preceptor.

  • Specialty-Specific Placements: From outpatient practices to specialized sub-specialties, we work to match you with a rotation that directly aligns with your long-term residency goals.

Placement & Enrollment Policy

To maintain the highest standards of clinical education and respect the limited availability of our attending physicians, we operate on a firm commitment basis.

  • Seat Reservation: Due to high demand and strictly capped capacity per preceptor, a non-refundable deposit is required to formally lock in your rotation dates.

  • Onboarding & Credentialing: This deposit allows our team to immediately initiate the extensive administrative process on your behalf—including hospital credentialing, visa invitation letters, preceptor coordination, and travel logistics planning.

  • Final Balance: Once your seat is reserved, your rotation is guaranteed. The remaining balance is not due until 30 days prior to your official start date.
